When to Get My Refund?



■ How to Cancel Order?

1.) After placing an order, you are able to cancel an order if it has not yet been prepared for shipping. Please select "cancel order", fill out and submit the "order cancellation form". 

2.) We will immediately cancel your order after receiving your cancellation. Your full purchase amount will be refunded within 7~14 business days. We will refund the full purchase amount into your credit card or your designated account (please be sure to provide correct bank information) within 7 business days.

※ The duration of the refund process may differ based on your credit card or debit card issued bank. Normally, it could take another 7 to 14 business day. Please note that the refund may be posted to your next acccount stetement, depending on your monthly statement closing date. 


■ Can I Change My Order?

We do not accept any change of the information of your order including product(add/remove items), color, size or receipent information. If your order created by mistake, please cancel the order and then place a new order again before it is prepared for delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process order changes.


■ Can I Exchange My Order?

We do not offer exchange services, so please make sure your ordered item is correct before placing an order.


■ Return Policy

International Return: easyoga can only accept return applications for Defective Merchandise.  If you have defective goods, please submit application form online first within 5 days after receiving the order. easyoga customer service staff will contact you and provide you with further instructions.

   Imperfect item is returnable in 5 days after receiving your order.

1.) Please pre-pay the return postage fee for your items, and easyoga will pay for the return fee according to the shipping receipt you provided.

2.) We only accept returns from goods that are ordered from this official online website. If you purchased goods at one of our reseller's stores or other distribution partners, please contact their customer service department.

3.) Outgoing shipping charges are not refunded.


■ Requirements for Returned Merchandise

1.) Please return all articles in their original packaging.
 
2.) Please only return unwashed, unworn, unmodified clothing with the original tags still intact.
 
3.) Threads, unnoticeable stains and color difference from screen are accepted by AQL standard, and should not be viewed as defects.
 
4.) Please return the gift that was sent with your returned items. If not, the cost of gift item will be deducted from your refund amount according to its market value.
 
5.) If the returned items are from our special offers& packages, any items you keep will be calculated via its list price and deducted from your refund amount.

After receiving the returned merchandise, we will inspect the goods to make sure they meet these standards. The refund will be initiated after the goods are determined to be returnable.


■ When to Get My Refund?

1.) After the product is inspected and the refund application is accepted, please allow 7 to 14 days for the transaction to be completed.

2.) If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card that was used for the original transaction.
