International Delivery

  When Will My Order Ship?


Normally your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed. Please note that the international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differdepending on your region.



  Can Any Item Be Shipped Overseas?


All products displayed on the easyoga website can be shipped overseas, but every country has its own restrictions onimported items. If your order has special items, for example our eye pillows with lavender and mung beans, we advise that you check your countrie simport/export regulations to make sure you are following their guidelines for such items to avoid any complications. Should any problems arise, easyoga bears no legal responsibility.



  Can I Change Order Address?


After an order is placed, changes cannot be made to the details of the order. If you need to make any changes, you must first login and cancel the order, then place a new order. You can cancel your order before it is prepared for shipment.



  International Shipping Policy


1.) Every country has different customs standards, once the package has been imported into your country and enters custom, the recipient must bear the responsibility for any expense, handling fee and duty derived from import.


2.) If the order form is not filled out entirely, and the address listed on the order could not be found upon delivery,the item will be returned to easyoga and we will refund the purchase amount after deducting the outbound&return shipping cost and handling fees.


3.) Invoice usually is included in the shipment for you to check the order.



  Estimated Days of Delivery


easyoga works with EMS (International Express Mail Service) for parcel delivery. Days of delivery commence from mailing date, excluding customs clearance date as below,


1.) Once the order has been completed and the item has been shipped, you will be able to track your item via a tracking number. The tracking number will appear under "My Orders" list within the "My Account" page. You can login to your account and check out the link that will take you to the website where you can track your package.

2.) Please note: the estimated shipping time does not include the time required for customs examination.
